Where it excels and where it fails

The location is perfect with endless nearby food options and a spacious, clean room made for a comfortable stay.

The restaurant often had limited hours, making dining convenience challenging at times.

It made our trip to Negril a wonderful experience. The staff was amiable and accommodating, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The location was particularly good and the free parking was onsite.

Our rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and available with garden views, new appliances, as example. Thoroughly enjoyed its exceptionally nice location very close to bars along the 7 mile beach, the sea and the garden area.

Lovely place with cozy vibes! The beach is practically your backyard, and the mini-market on site is a lifesaver for snacks and drinks.

Unfortunately, I felt a bit underwhelmed when I opened the kitchen drawers-more empty than a Jamaican field! Securing a lounge chair reminded me of I was in a scavenger hunt!

Location: the hotel was really close to the restaurant and bars along the 7 mile beach.

Everything was perfect from the staff to the room, big bed and lovely room. The staff were courteous and the pool was lovely. The location was marvellous for walking around Times Square Mall. This hotel was set in a great area...

The beach access was amazing, making it easy to dive right into the ocean whenever we wanted. Bring your own lounge chairs if you want to be comfortable on the beach.

Had a blast with my friends! We loved the direct beach access and enjoyed the beautiful garden. The location is perfect to chill or grab a bite at the fantastic on-site restaurant. Just be aware that the apartments are basic, but the affordability and beach make it worthwhile.

One downside was the dated decor of the place, which could use a refresh. It didn't take away from our fun, but it's something to keep in mind if you're looking for a modern vibe.

The garden and pool offered a lovely retreat after beach days. We loved having a spacious two-bedroom apartment, perfect for our family getaway. The friendly staff helped us explore local spots.

In my wife's opinion, an extra shelf in the bathroom would have been handy for the kids.

But the wifi was spotty at times. The gardens were beautifully maintained. I enjoyed the spacious room with island decor. And the beach access was fantastic for relaxing by the water.

Beautiful Beach and Spacious Room

I stayed in a Two-Bedroom Apartment for 4 nights and loved the expansive beach area that offered plenty of shade trees and room to relax. The location right on 7 Mile Beach made it easy to access not just the sun and sea but also local grocery stores nearby. The restaurant on-site was convenient, although I found it a bit limiting in hours. It would be great if they offered payment options like Visa or Mastercard for those looking to dine there.

The beach was very large and allowed easy access to the sand and water. I enjoyed cooking meals in the room and had a nice view from the balcony. The garden area was pleasant and great. My 4-night stay provided a good balance of quiet and the opportunity to explore local options.

I found the Wi-Fi to be inconsistent, hard to check travel details. The reception desk was not available early in the morning when I needed assistance.

The warm welcome from Shirley was a highlight, and the beach's close proximity allowed for enjoyable moments right outside the apartment. The experience was marred by several issues, the air conditioning was ineffective, the kitchen appliances were inadequate, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. It is a mixed bag, with some pleasant aspects overshadowed by maintenance concerns.

The beach access is fantastic with lots of space to relax. I didn't like the outdated decor in our two-bedroom apartment.

The rooms with garden views are worth it, and the location near restaurants, the beach, and the sea is excellent, making it a very enjoyable stay for us at this place.
